President Al-Alimi Offers Condolences on Passing of Shura Council Member Maj. Gen. Al-Aulofi

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent today, Monday a cable of condolences and sympathy to the family of struggler Major General Mohsen Mohammed Al-Aulofi, member of the Shura Council. Maj. Gen. Al-Aulofi, passed away after a lifetime of dedicated service to the nation.

On behalf of himself, the members of the Council, and the Government, President Al-Alimi expressed his sincere condolences over the passing of Major General Mohsen Al-Aulofi. He further commended the deceased’s virtues, national roles, and honorable struggle in defense of the Revolution and the republican system.

His Excellency also praised the late Al-Aulofi’s distinguished record of dedication and sacrifice in service to his country and people, highlighting his contributions through the many senior civil and security positions he held, including Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council, Chairman of the Supreme Commission for Elections, and Minister of Endowments and Guidance, Interior, Justice, and Social Insurance. He prayed to Almighty Allah to bestow His vast mercy and forgiveness upon the deceased and to inspire his family and loved ones with patience and solace.
