President Al-Alimi Congratulates To Lam on His Re-election as President of Vietnam

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President To Lam on the occasion of his election as President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and his taking the constitutional oath.

On behalf of himself, the members of the Council, and the Government, President Al-Alimi expressed his sincere congratulations to President To Lam, wishing him success in his presidential duties.
