President Al-Alimi Offers Condolences to Sultan of Oman over Al-Musarrat Depression Victims

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of condolences to his brother, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman, expressing his sympathy over the victims of Al-Musrraat depression that struck his country. The depression resulted in a number of deaths and injuries.

On behalf of himself, the members of the Presidential Leadership Council, and the Government, President Al-Alimi expressed his sincere condolences to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, the Omani government, and the Omani people. He prayed to Almighty Allah to bestow His vast mercy and forgiveness upon the deceased, to inspire their families with patience and solace, to grant the injured a speedy recovery, and to protect the Sultanate of Oman and its brotherly people from all evil and harm.
