President Al-Alimi Offers Condolences on Passing of Businessman Ali Abdo Thabet

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to Mr. Abduljalil Thabet, Member of Parliament, and all members of his family on the passing of his brother, businessman Mr. Ali Abdo Thabet. The late businessman passed away after a lifetime of dedication and contribution to development and reconstruction efforts in Yemen.

On behalf of himself and his fellow Council members, President Al-Alimi expressed his deep sorrow and sincere sympathy over the passing of one of the founders of Yemen’s commercial uprising and one of the most prominent pioneers of the national private sector and charitable work in Yemen.

The President praised the virtues of the deceased and his charitable, developmental, and social contributions. He prayed that Almighty Allah may bestow His vast mercy upon the deceased and inspire his family and loved ones with patience and solace.
