Chairman of the Leadership Council sent congratulations on Brazil's Independence Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of  congratulations to His Excellency President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, President of the friendly Republic of Brazil, on his country's Independence Day.

The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, on his behalf and the Council members, expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency on this occasion, wishing him good health and happiness, progress and prosperity for the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
