On Wednesday, the Presidential Leadership Council issued Decree No. (6) of 2026.
Article One stipulates the appointment of Abdulrahman Sheikh Abdulrahman Al-Yafie as Minister of State and Governor of Aden Governorate.
Article Two of the decree provides that it shall take effect as of the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
