President Al-Alimi Congratulates UAE on National Day

His Excellency Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, on the anniversary of National Day, marking the 54th anniversary of the Union of the brotherly country.

On behalf of himself, the council members, the government, and the Yemeni people, President Al-Alimi expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for continued good health and happiness. He further extended wishes for continued progress and prosperity to the brotherly people of the United Arab Emirates under Sheikh Mohammed’s wise leadership.

His Excellency the president praised the long standing bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and the honourable stances of the United Arab Emirates in support of the Yemeni people and their legitimate leadership in various circumstances, as well as in regional and international forums.
