His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the anniversary of the brotherly country’s Republic Day.
