President Al-Alimi Offers Condolences to President of Sudan on Landslide Victims

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to his brother, His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the brotherly Republic of Sudan. In his cable, he  expressed heartfelt condolences for the victims of the landslide that occurred in Jebel Marra (Marra Mountains) in western Sudan, resulting in a heavy toll of deaths and missing persons.

On behalf of himself, the members of the council, and the Yemeni people, President Al-Alimi expressed profound sorrow and sincere condolences to President al-Burhan, the families of the victims, and the Sudanese people for this tragic disaster. He prayed to Allah the Almighty to bestow His vast mercy upon the victims ,grant the injured a swift recovery, and ensure the safe return of those missing.
