President Al-Alimi Congratulates Vietnam on Independence Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency president Luong Cuong of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the anniversary of the friendly country's independence day.

On behalf of himself, the council members, and the government, President Al-Alimi expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Cuong, for abundant health and happiness. He further extended his wishes for progress and prosperity to the government and people of Vietnam, and for the continued growth and strengthening of the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
