President Al-Alimi offers Condolences on the Passing of Major General Mohammed Naji Saeed

His Excellency Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council extends his deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to Mr. Anwar Mohammed Naji Saeed and his brothers on the passing of their father, the late Major General Mohammed Naji Saeed, former Member of Parliament and a distinguished national leader.

The deceased passed away after a life filled with dedication, service to his nation, and commitment to the advancement of his people.

The President, on behalf of the Presidential Leadership Council and the Government, pays tribute to the late Major General’s lifelong dedication and his outstanding contributions as one of the valiant leaders of the Glorious 14 October Revolution and a pioneer in the struggle for freedom and independence. In mourning his loss, the President affirms that the nation has been bereaved of one of its most loyal men and devoted military commanders, whose legacy will remain an enduring inspiration. His Excellency further acknowledges the deceased remarkable role in building and developing the Yemeni military institution and the armed forces. His Excellency prays to Almighty God to grant the deceased eternal rest in His vast gardens, to bestow His mercy upon him, and to grant his family strength, patience, and solace in this time of grief.
