President Al-Alimi Offers Condolences on Passing of Former Prime Minister of Malaysia

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim ibn Sultan Iskandar, the King of Malaysia, following the passing of former Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

On behalf of the Council and the government, the President expressed his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to Sultan Ibrahim, the family of the deceased, and the Malaysian people for this profound loss. His Excellency prayed to Almighty Allah to bestow His mercy upon the deceased, grant him a place in His spacious gardens, and to protect Malaysia and its people from all evil and harm.
