PRESIDENT AL-ALIMI CONGRATULATES UAE PRESIDENT ON EID AL-FITR

His Excellency Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

On behalf of the Presidential Leadership Council, Yemeni government, and Yemeni people, President Al-Alimi conveyed sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Highness for this blessed occasion. He expressed wishes for His Highness's continued health and happiness, and for the UAE's continued progress and prosperity under Sheikh Mohammed’s  wise leadership. The President further affirmed his hopes for continued growth and strengthening of bilateral relations between the two nations and their peoples.  

President Al-Alimi commended the UAE's honorable stances in supporting Yemeni people and their political leadership through various circumstances. He acknowledged the UAE's active role in the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen, as well as its extensive humanitarian and developmental support across multiple sectors.
