His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Lt. Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the Republic of Sudan, on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.
